Computer Programmer and Analyst •Completed: April 2021
Throughout my college education, I pursued diverse subjects to broaden my knowledge and skill set. In the field of web development, I studied a range of programming languages, including Javascript, Bootstrap, PHP, Java, Ruby, and C#. Additionally, I delved into the realm of databases, acquiring proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL. This comprehensive exposure to multiple technologies and frameworks has equipped me with a versatile skill set.
Research Assistant• Jul 2019 - Oct 2021
Worked on 4 projects using multiple web-dev and machine learning technologies including NLP (NLTK, Spacy, and Wink.js), Web-Development (Razor, React, and ExpressJS), Computer Vision (OpenCV), Predictive Models (Scikit-Learn), Others (Numpy, Pandas, and matplotlib). For more details about my projects, please see my pdf resume in the about section.
Student Programmer• July - Dec 2020
Worked with SCIKIT-Learn and analyzed training data to develop a machine learning predictive model over the summer.
Automating Bug Severity Classification using Doc2Vec: Insights from Bugzilla Dataset
As part of my thesis work, I designed and conducted experiments to evaluate the performance of Doc2Vec-based bug severity classification models using the MSR2013 Bugzilla dataset. Through this project, I gained experience in developing and implementing machine learning models for real-world applications, as well as analyzing and interpreting experimental results. This work allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of natural language processing and its applications in software engineering, and I am excited to continue exploring this field in future projects.
